On 7 Ocotber 2021 the National Council of the Slovak Republic (Slovak Parliament) adopted the long-awaited amendment to the Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certian laws. Provisions of the "new" law become effective on 31 March 2022.
